Client reports
AI pulls each account’s numbers together and drafts the weekly summary. Your team lead checks it before it goes to the client.
AI for outsourcing teams
For owners and operations heads at Philippine BPO, offshore staffing and back-office firms
Pick one task, like weekly reports for your overseas clients. You meet Bernd for an hour each week to decide what to build, and our team builds it between calls. Your people check everything before it reaches a client.

Example: the weekly client report
It pulls in the week’s volumes, quality scores and open issues, and writes a first summary
They correct it and add what the numbers don’t show
The checked report goes out on schedule
Where outsourcing firms usually start
You already have a ticketing system, QA forms and your clients’ own tools. The slow part is usually the work your team leads still do by hand in between, and that’s where we look first.
AI pulls each account’s numbers together and drafts the weekly summary. Your team lead checks it before it goes to the client.
AI reviews a sample of calls, chats or tickets against your QA form and drafts the scores and coaching notes. Your QA lead confirms them before they reach the agent.
AI turns a new client’s process documents into a draft SOP and training checklist. Your operations lead checks both before the team starts.
Examples only. We’ll choose the starting point with you.
What you get
USD 2,500a month, billed in US dollars
Month to month. If we’re not useful, you stop paying.
Each week, you and Bernd decide what to build next and look at what the team has built since the last call. The SageDynamics team does the building between calls.
At the start of each month, we agree what should be working by the end of it. Some projects take longer, so we set a goal for each month until they’re done.
Quoted separately. Larger builds, a second project at the same time, platform migrations and on-call support. Software subscriptions, AI usage fees and hosting are also separate, and we list them in the proposal before you start.
Who you’ll work with
Bernd-Michael RennebeckFounder, SageDynamics
Bernd is a software engineer and data scientist. Over two decades on three continents, he has led hundreds of technology projects for clients.
Outside SageDynamics, he is CTO across several VS12 ventures, including Real.ph, a Philippine property marketplace, and Agent Image, a real estate web platform that has built more than 27,000 agent websites in North America. He was previously Chief Data Scientist at mClinica, now SwipeRx, and in 2016 his team won IBM Watson’s Asia-Pacific New Venture Challenge in Singapore.
He runs your weekly call and directs the team building what you agree on.
SageDynamics is a Singapore company, and we work from Makati in Metro Manila. We’re in your time zone, so calls fit inside your working day.
How it works
You’ll know what we’re building and what it costs before anything starts.
Book a call or send a few sentences: who does it now, how long it takes and what goes wrong.
If it is, we send a written proposal with the first month’s goal and the price.
You meet Bernd each week while the team builds. Your people try each version on real work and tell us what to fix.
Before you start
You don’t. It’s month to month, and you can stop at the end of any month. If we’re not useful, you shouldn’t keep paying.
We bill in US dollars from our Singapore company: USD 2,500 a month. Software subscriptions, AI usage fees and hosting are separate. Your proposal lists them, and confirms the full cost including any taxes, before you start.
The weekly hour with Bernd, quick answers to our questions between calls, and help getting access to the tools and examples we need.
Usually not. We start with the tools you already use. If replacing one would help, we’ll tell you and quote that work separately.
Whatever we agreed at the start of the month, working and checked by your team. Some projects take longer than a month. When that happens, we agree a goal for each month and keep going.
Start with a general description and leave personal details out. Before we touch any client information, we agree in writing what we can access and how we’ll handle it.
Neither. You get an hour a week with Bernd and a team building one project. If you need someone running your technology day to day, we can talk about that separately.
Start with one task
Tell us what the task is and who does it now.
We’ll read it and reply by email. If it looks like a fit, we’ll set up a call, then send a written proposal for the first month.
Rather talk it through first? Book a call with Bernd (opens in a new tab).
