SageDynamics

Privacy notice

This notice covers website visitor tracking, information you submit through the SageDynamics project, partnership and landing page enquiry forms, and the services used to receive it and protect the forms from spam. It applies to sagedynamics.ai and ph.sagedynamics.ai. We discuss information handling for a project separately as part of that engagement.

Information you submit

The form collects your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, and description of the task or opportunity. You can also select a type of work, timing and where your team is based, and add a privacy or sensitivity note.

For a partnership inquiry, you can indicate whether you bring data you have permission to use, ways to reach customers, operating knowledge or access to customers.

How we use it

We use this information to receive, protect, review and respond to your inquiry. Do not send credentials, passwords, confidential documents or unnecessary personal records through the form.

Services used by the form

Your browser requests site fonts from Google Fonts. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated submissions in your browser.

When you submit the general form, our contact handler sends the Turnstile response and your apparent client IP address to Cloudflare for verification. After a successful check, it sends the validated inquiry fields to Formspree, which handles website form messages.

Landing page enquiries

The enquiry form on our landing pages (the Australian industry pages for agencies, accounting practices, recruitment firms, maintenance companies, distributors, and property and strata managers; the Philippine pages for outsourcing firms, recruitment and manpower agencies, and real estate brokerages and property managers; and the Philippine cyber audit page) collects your name, work email, business website, role, business location, and a description of the task or of what you'd like checked. The cyber audit form also asks which audit interests you. The form records which page and website you used. Timing is optional. We use these details to review fit and reply about a possible engagement; submitting an enquiry does not enrol you in an automated sales sequence.

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the submission using the verification token and apparent client IP address. After successful verification, our Cloudflare Pages handler sends the validated enquiry to Formspree, which handles website form messages. The form confirms receipt only after Formspree accepts the enquiry. We do not store a separate copy in a website database.

Optional campaign measurement is off unless you choose it. If allowed, this browser remembers the first and most recent campaign labels for up to 30 days, and includes them with your enquiry. Changing the choice to off removes that browser history. The form also uses a session receipt to prevent accidental repeat submission. The receipt contains no name, email or task description.

The form's measurement event contains the receipt identifier, page path and landing page name, without your name, email, website or task description. That event is not sent to advertising or analytics vendors. The page analytics below record only that a form was started or sent. Any future tracking services and their purposes must be identified here before they are enabled. You can submit an enquiry without optional campaign measurement. This choice controls the campaign details attached to your enquiry and its measurement event; it does not turn off the Apollo website visitor tracking described below.

These pages also link to a booking page on OneCal. If you book a call there, OneCal receives the details you enter, under its own privacy policy.

Landing page analytics

On our Australian industry pages, the Philippine cyber audit page, the service pages on ph.sagedynamics.ai and the booking confirmation page, we use PostHog to count visits and see which steps people complete: opening the booking calendar, booking a call, and starting or sending the enquiry form. Each step records the page address, including any campaign labels in it, which landing page you used, your browser and device type, and an approximate location that PostHog derives from your IP address. It does not include anything you type into the form or the booking calendar.

PostHog keeps an anonymous identifier in this browser tab's session storage, which clears when you close the tab. We do not record your screen or link these steps to your name or email. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, PostHog does not record these steps.

Website visitor tracking

We use Apollo to understand visits to our websites and identify businesses interested in our services. Apollo uses a first-party cookie and processes visitor information to support identification. Depending on the tracking features enabled in Apollo, this can include identifying individual business contacts.

Read Apollo's privacy policy for information about its data practices and privacy choices.

Separate property-preview signup

The unlisted property-intelligence preview has its own signup form. It sends preview-interest fields directly to Formspree, separately from the general project and partnership inquiry form.
