SageDynamics

AI for recruitment and manpower agencies

For owners and operations heads at Philippine recruitment and manpower agencies

Get AI doing the first draft of the work your team repeats every week.

Pick one task, like checking applicant documents against a job order. You meet Bernd for an hour each week to decide what to build, and our team builds it between calls. Your people check everything before it reaches an employer or applicant.

Bernd-Michael Rennebeck has led hundreds of technology projects for clients.

Example: getting an applicant ready

From a pile of documents
to one clear list.

  1. AI checks the documents

It compares each applicant’s documents with the job order and lists what’s missing or expired

  2. Human review

Your processing team checks the list

They confirm what’s needed and add anything AI missed

  3. The applicant gets one message

It lists what they still need to submit

An illustrative example. What we build depends on your tools and how your team works.

Where agencies usually start

Pick the task that eats your team’s week.

You already have an applicant database, spreadsheets and a busy inbox. The slow part is usually the work your team still does by hand in between, and that’s where we look first.

Applicant documents

AI checks each applicant’s documents against the job order and lists what’s missing or expired. Your processing team confirms the list before anyone is contacted.

Shortlists

AI compares applicants with a job order and drafts the shortlist for the employer. Your recruiter checks it before it’s sent.

Status updates

AI drafts updates for applicants and employers from your records. Someone on your team checks them before they go out.

Examples only. We’ll choose the starting point with you.

What you get

An hour with Bernd every week, and a team building in between.

USD 2,500a month, billed in US dollars

Month to month. If we’re not useful, you stop paying.

Each week, you and Bernd decide what to build next and look at what the team has built since the last call. The SageDynamics team does the building between calls.

At the start of each month, we agree what should be working by the end of it. Some projects take longer, so we set a goal for each month until they’re done.

Every month includes

  • A one-hour call with Bernd every week
  • Our team building one project at a time
  • A goal for the month, agreed up front
  • Notes on what we built and how to use it

Quoted separately. Larger builds, a second project at the same time, platform migrations and on-call support. Software subscriptions, AI usage fees and hosting are also separate, and we list them in the proposal before you start.

Who you’ll work with

How it works

Agree the first month’s goal. Then we build.

You’ll know what we’re building and what it costs before anything starts.

  1. Tell us about one task.

Book a call or send a few sentences: who does it now, how long it takes and what goes wrong.

  2. We check it’s a good fit.

If it is, we send a written proposal with the first month’s goal and the price.

  3. We build it with you.

You meet Bernd each week while the team builds. Your people try each version on real work and tell us what to fix.

Before you start

Common questions.

How long do we have to sign up for?

You don’t. It’s month to month, and you can stop at the end of any month. If we’re not useful, you shouldn’t keep paying.

Can we pay in pesos?

We bill in US dollars from our Singapore company: USD 2,500 a month. Software subscriptions, AI usage fees and hosting are separate. Your proposal lists them, and confirms the full cost including any taxes, before you start.

What do you need from our team?

The weekly hour with Bernd, quick answers to our questions between calls, and help getting access to the tools and examples we need.

Do we need to change our tools?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already use. If replacing one would help, we’ll tell you and quote that work separately.

What will we have after the first month?

Whatever we agreed at the start of the month, working and checked by your team. Some projects take longer than a month. When that happens, we agree a goal for each month and keep going.

What happens to our applicant data?

Start with a general description and leave personal details out. Before we touch any applicant information, we agree in writing what we can access and how we’ll handle it.

Is this a fractional CTO or a dedicated developer?

Neither. You get an hour a week with Bernd and a team building one project. If you need someone running your technology day to day, we can talk about that separately.

Start with one task

What task would you fix first?

Tell us what the task is and who does it now.

What happens next

We’ll read it and reply by email. If it looks like a fit, we’ll set up a call, then send a written proposal for the first month.
